Description

You will lead the development of complex Oracle APEX projects, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Implement and enforce source code version control using Subversion (SVN), defining file organization and security procedures.
• Design software tools and subsystems to promote code reuse and streamline implementation.
• Review existing applications to optimize performance, reduce operating time, and refine technical approaches.
• Direct team members and conduct quality assurance reviews on new and existing software deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in software design, development, testing, and evaluation.
• Expert-level proficiency in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL for application and database development.
• Strong background in integrating various applications and service management tools.
• Experience implementing agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex designs, identify requirements, and document release processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline.
