Key Skills: Terraform, Cloud, GCP, CICD, Kubernetes, Automation, DevSecOps, Argo CD

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement secure, automated DevSecOps and platform engineering capabilities for banking technology platforms.
• Build and operate scalable Kubernetes-based environments across cloud infrastructure.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and infrastructure automation aligned with enterprise governance standards.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows with automated security, quality and compliance controls.
• Establish repeatable developer enablement patterns, platform standards and self-service delivery capabilities.

Skills Required:

• 10 - 12 years of experience in DevSecOps, platform engineering, cloud engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD automation and cloud platforms.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform, preferably Google Kubernetes Engine environments.
• Ability to design secure, scalable platforms and integrate security controls into automated delivery pipelines.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Argo CD, GKE, developer experience platforms, Golden Paths, self-service platforms, SRE and policy-as-code.
• Exposure to Thought Machine Vault, core banking platforms, Backstage, Istio, Apigee, Kafka, Dynatrace or OpenTelemetry.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
