Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to develop effective client solutions.
• Oversee the full implementation of client projects from design to deployment.
• Lead and mentor junior team members on technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or consulting.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis techniques and tools.
• Expertise in Project Management methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Software Development processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in software development.
