Key Skills: SAP ABAP, ABAP HR, S/4HANA, Payroll, Time Management, PA/OM, RICEFW, SuccessFactors Integration, OData

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather technical requirements from HR functional teams.
• Develop and support RICEFW objects for SAP HR.
• Work on SAP Payroll, Time Management, PA, and OM developments.
• Develop schema functions, infotype enhancements, and custom programs.
• Support S/4HANA migration and brownfield implementation activities.
• Handle HR data conversion, including payroll and organizational data.
• Develop and enhance OData services and employee self-service features.
• Support SuccessFactors and SAP HR integrations.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and provide project updates.
• Troubleshoot issues and support production activities.

Experience Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR programming.
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Time Management, PA, and OM.
• Strong experience in HR-specific RICEFW development.
• Experience with S/4HANA migration and HR data conversion.
• Knowledge of OData services and SuccessFactors integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
