You will own the consultation and delivery of digital solutions to key stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SQL databases for high availability and scalability.
• Handle day-to-day incident management in the digital domain, coordinating with customer and offshore teams.
• Proactively manage problems and reduce incidents by designing SOPs and implementing improvements.
• Lead domain-specific improvement discussions with customer IT SPOCs to refine delivery processes.
• Guide and mentor domain delivery teams to meet customer experience expectations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience with exposure to the digital or e-commerce domain.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience in end-customer facing roles, preferably in retail or B2C.
• At least one year of ANZ customer-facing role experience.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
