You will lead the end-to-end ERP solution lifecycle, from initial design through implementation and user adoption.
Responsibilities
Design and configure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules including Product Information Management, Procurement, Production, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, and Transportation Management.
Conduct client workshops to define business requirements and capture them in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, or User Stories.
Write design documents for D365 customizations and reports, ensuring they include boundary conditions and comprehensive test scenarios.
Collaborate with technical consultants to translate functional requirements into technical designs and review team members' data and integration mapping.
Provide client support during implementation, testing, and go-live phases, including training and troubleshooting.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience with Dynamics D365.
Deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes including Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Planning.
Experience configuring Product Information Management, Procurement, Production, Sales, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.
Proficiency in business process analysis and translating requirements into functional specifications.
Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain Management principles.
Ability to manage client-facing duties and lead requirement-gathering workshops.
Experience with Order Management, Item Management, Master Planning, and Vendor Management.
Capability to develop functional specifications for customizations and integrations.
