Description

You will lead the end-to-end ERP solution lifecycle, from initial design through implementation and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules including Product Information Management, Procurement, Production, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, and Transportation Management.
• Conduct client workshops to define business requirements and capture them in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, or User Stories.
• Write design documents for D365 customizations and reports, ensuring they include boundary conditions and comprehensive test scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to translate functional requirements into technical designs and review team members' data and integration mapping.
• Provide client support during implementation, testing, and go-live phases, including training and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics D365.
• Deep knowledge of Supply Chain processes including Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Planning.
• Experience configuring Product Information Management, Procurement, Production, Sales, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management.
• Proficiency in business process analysis and translating requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain Management principles.
• Ability to manage client-facing duties and lead requirement-gathering workshops.
• Experience with Order Management, Item Management, Master Planning, and Vendor Management.
• Capability to develop functional specifications for customizations and integrations.
