Description

You will own custom payrule development and workforce management system configurations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom payrules for Time and Attendance using Java and Groovy.
• Configure calculation groups and manage complex payrule logic.
• Modify Form Studio configurations and implement custom Java elements within workflows.
• Update forms and validations to accommodate union changes and system requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Groovy.
• Experience with Time and Attendance custom payrule development.
• Hands-on experience with Form Studio and form configuration.
• Ability to implement custom Java elements within workflows.
• Experience with calculation group configuration.
• Strong data management skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MVCS.
• General technical knowledge of WFM products.
