Description

You will lead Oracle EBS SCM engagements from initial business process consulting through to solution design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation, fit-gap analysis, and functional design for SCM processes including Order Management, Procurement, EDI, and AP/AR interfacing.
• Design and standardize business processes across multiple geographies and business units.
• Manage the execution of functional, System Integration (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including production cut-over and post-production support.
• Guide technical teams on data mapping for integrations, data conversions, and the design of extensions and reports.
• Own quality deliverables, manage project scope, and document process designs, functional specifications, configurations, and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS implementation experience, including at least 3 full implementation cycles and 1 AMS cycle.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 modules: OM, PO, INV, AP, and AR.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated environments.
• Experience with European localizations for Oracle ERP packages.
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, Cloud Web Services, and ALM tools.
• Ability to manage onsite-offshore communication and work workflows.
• Experience using performance testing tools and defect tracking systems.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing (MFG) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Oracle Certification and familiarity with Supply Chain tables.
