Description

Lead design and implementation of Oracle Fusion financials solutions for client requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design, configuration, and implementation for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Analyze As-Is processes and design To-Be workflows by collaborating with business SMEs and IT stakeholders.
• Guide functional and technical teams through system integrations, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Execute production migrations and demonstrate key Oracle Fusion functionalities to clients.
• Implement industry best practices and customizations to align Oracle Cloud offerings with business processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications and deep understanding of finance offerings.
• Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end implementations involving Oracle General Ledger, Receivables, or Payables.
• Commanding knowledge of Oracle Cloud out-of-box offerings and the ability to implement customizations.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business cycles.
• Conversant with general accounting principles and finance best practices within EBS or Fusion environments.
• Experience integrating Fusion applications with external systems using Web Services and REST APIs.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty for every year of education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within high-tech manufacturing companies and their specific business flows.
• Prior experience with Oracle R12 EBS or other ERP systems.
