Description

Lead System Architect driving technical excellence and solution design within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor application development teams and technical staff to ensure consistency and productivity.
• Gather and document business and system requirements through direct engagement with end users and stakeholders.
• Propose comprehensive technical solutions and engineer UI, service tier, data tier, and security components for PRPC.
• Develop technical standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components.
• Review technical deliverables and present applications during gate reviews following EAI guidelines.

Required Skills

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification with at least 3 years of post-certification experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience post Pega SSA certification.
• 12 or more years of total relevant IT work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Pega Lead Development.
• 7+ years of experience in Use Case Development.
• 7+ years of experience with DB2 and SQL Server.
• Proven experience managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level configuration and deployment of software solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an Agile software development environment.
