Description

You will function as a Senior Consultant in the Healthcare and Life Sciences space.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply requirements within regulated environments, including adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
• Serve as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Patient Support Services domains.
• Engage with and manage CRM or patient management platforms such as Salesforce Health Cloud or Veeva.
• Support Patient Support Programs (PSP) workflows, including onboarding, patient adherence, and benefits verification.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of professional experience as a BSA in Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments and patient privacy (e.g., HIPAA).
• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Pharma and Life Sciences operational processes.
• Knowledge of Patient Support Programs (PSP) workflows.
• Experience with pharmacy processes or reimbursement support is beneficial.
