Senior Consultant in Healthcare and Life Sciences, acting as a Business Systems Analyst to manage regulated CRM and patient support workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply requirements within regulated environments, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy standards.
• Function as a Business Systems Analyst across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Patient Support Services domains.
• Engage with and manage CRM or patient management platforms, specifically Salesforce Health Cloud or Veeva.
• Support Patient Support Program (PSP) workflows, including onboarding, patient adherence, and benefits verification.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments and patient privacy compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Pharma and Life Sciences operational processes.
• Knowledge of Patient Support Programs (PSP) workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pharmacy processes or reimbursement support.
