Description

You will deliver technical solutions and strategic change using the ServiceNow platform to transform IT, HR, Customer Service, Facilities, Risk, and Legal capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value through projects and initiatives using the ServiceNow products suite, including IRM.
• Assist in workshops and 1-2-1 sessions to understand client challenges and demonstrate potential outcomes.
• Develop technical and functional contributions to both solutions and sales processes.
• Set assurance standards throughout the development lifecycle and manage project deadlines.
• Coach and mentor junior team members while participating in global knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow technical experience.
• Proven track record of implementing ServiceNow and delivering to specific milestones.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator credential.
• ServiceNow CIS certification in one or more modules.
• Experience delivering sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Skills

• CIS certification specifically in GRC or HR modules.
