Description

You will drive ServiceNow project delivery and implement security-focused platform solutions for clients in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all stages of ServiceNow project delivery and solution implementation.
• Oversee application and workflow configurations to ensure platform stability.
• Develop client-specific reporting processes and integration components.
• Collaborate with technical teams to set up the SaaS Platform.
• Provide advice on digital transformation and technology enablement to improve business performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional working experience in IT or consulting.
• 2+ years of technical experience specifically with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR).
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Information Management, Business IT & Management, Data Analytics, IT Risk Management, Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch.
• Residency in the Netherlands.
