Description

You will lead performance testing efforts and manage Control-M job operations for client environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain LoadRunner test scripts according to established standards.
• Design and execute test scenarios using Controller and Performance Center.
• Manage Control-M jobs, including creating, updating, and performing ad hoc runs based on Jira requirements.
• Analyze client-side and server-side results to provide detailed test reports and documentation in Confluence.
• Monitor and analyze memory and CPU-related performance issues during test executions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in performance testing and manual testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner for script development and scenario design.
• Proficiency with AppDynamics for application monitoring.
• Direct experience managing and updating Control-M jobs.
• Practical knowledge of Webservices testing and QA Manual processes.
• Experience with benchmarking techniques and performance result analysis.
• Ability to set up test environments and monitoring configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for client interactions and status reporting.
