Description

You will lead end-to-end Appian application development and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for regulatory compliance products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of Appian BPM and workflow applications.
• Collaborate with architects and product leads to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor and coach engineers within the development practice to improve technical excellence.
• Oversee service improvement, incident reviews, and technology objectives for interrelated products.
• Ensure software solutions meet service resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives.
• Research new technologies and implement solutions adhering to governance policies and mandatory controls.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience delivering projects within a structured environment.
• Hands-on experience with Appian platform development.
• Strong technical expertise in Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, SAIL, and Appian Development.
• Experience with Mule API and SQL.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools including JIRA, Maven, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, or Dual Degree in Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Appian L1 and/or L2 Certification.
• Experience working in financial services or large complex organisations.
