Description

Lead technical deliveries and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle within an agile team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own technical deliveries for new development (CTB) and production support (RTB).
• Create technical designs and development strategies for new components to meet requirements.
• Develop test plans including unit and integration tests within automated environments.
• Collaborate with Ops, Dev, and Test engineers to resolve performance, alerting, and design issues.
• Drive resilience, recovery, and service management exercises to ensure software sustainability.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience designing and developing complex cloud and on-premise products.
• Proven expertise in Solution Architecture and design.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions on Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies, specifically Apache Spark.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing environments.
• Knowledge of software development, testing, and production support lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing compliance and risk controls for products and data according to regulatory policies.
