Description

You will act as a security advisor focusing on Splunk platform implementation and optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and document use cases within the Splunk platform.
• Normalize logs to ensure consistent formatting and standardized data for analysis and correlation.
• Identify and isolate security events of interest from various log sources.
• Develop correlation searches within the Splunk environment.
• Mitigate performance issues, specifically addressing speed and efficiency delays in search queries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering or consulting.
• Deep expertise with Splunk as a SIEM Engineer.
• Experience with Content Design for security use cases.
• Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Proven ability to work as a trusted security advisor for clients.
• Knowledge of SAP PS.
