Description

Architect and manage large-scale data center and enterprise network infrastructures in Munich.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data center networks, producing HLD and LLD documentation.
• Lead network assessments to identify gaps and propose remedial solutions.
• Own the deployment and support of firewalls, load balancers, switches, and routers.
• Manage network incidents, problems, and service level requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and drive service improvement through automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and architecture.
• Expertise in DC Network Design, deployment, and Spine-Leaf architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, Arista, VMware SDN, and NSX-T.
• Proficiency in Cisco SDA, ISE, WLC, and VXLAN.
• Strong knowledge of Underlay and Overlay networking.
• Experience with Network Automation using Python and Ansible.
• Deep understanding of F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM) and configuration.
• Proven ability in LAN, WAN, MAN, and MPLS circuit design and implementation.
• Experience with IPAM implementation (e.g., Infoblox).

Preferred Skills

• CCIE, CCDP, or CCNP certifications.
• Experience with Cisco/Aruba WiFi and Campus Networking.
• Knowledge of Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) architectures.
