Senior Consultant - UI/UX

You will lead user-centered design processes to create intuitive digital interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research to interpret qualitative feedback and data.
• Create user stories, personas, storyboards, and siteماps.
• Determine information architecture and develop wireframes and prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Interpret technical requirements to produce functional UI designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall technical and IT experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing and documenting User Interface and User Experience.
• 4+ years of proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• 4+ years of experience with a 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design patterns and user-centered design best practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external groups through verbal and written communication.
• Experience in storytelling, presentation, and training staff on UX/UI tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dreamweaver.
• Knowledge of the Pega platform.
• Familiarity with state court systems.
