Description

You will design user-centered experiences for enterprise-level applications by balancing user needs with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and simplify complex processes while reducing cognitive load.
• Utilize existing design systems and UI styles to maintain consistency across all applications.
• Create clickable prototypes to test design assumptions and hypotheses.
• Perform design quality assurance during the development phase to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
• Ensure all designs and code adhere to WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in UX design, specifically with enterprise-level applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.
• 4+ years of experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
• Strong interaction design skills and deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Expertise in applying WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to translate complex research findings and business needs into actionable design insights.
• A strong portfolio documenting your methodology, problem-solving steps, and outcomes for enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the PEGA suite of applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
