 Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple consultancy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget, while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish clear deliverables.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to present findings, recommendations, and project updates.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports to clients and internal management.
  • Implement best practices in project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Proven ability to manage large scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make data driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management and conflict resolution.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in specific industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in consultancy and project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
