Description

Lead and manage multiple consultancy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish clear deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to present findings, recommendations, and project updates.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports to clients and internal management.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant experience in consultancy and project management.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with stakeholders.
• Experience with project management software and tools, specifically MS Project and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Experience in specific industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
