Description

Lead consultancy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and define deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to present findings, recommendations, and project updates.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular status reports to clients and internal management.
• Mentor junior consultants and project team members to foster continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant experience in consultancy and project management.
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for influencing and negotiating with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in specific industries such as IT, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
