Description
You will develop and support Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) applications for the mining sector.
Responsibilities
- Refine technical requirements through direct client engagement.
- Estimate and manage project deliverables based on defined requirements.
- Develop, unit test, and support applications using .NET technologies.
- Provide production support for COTS applications, covering incident, request, problem, and change management.
- Deliver on-call support for priority issues outside of standard business hours.
Required Skills
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in application production support.
- At least 2 years of experience in the mining domain handling HSE applications.
- Proficiency with MS SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with JQuery and JavaScript.
- Experience working within global agile teams.
