You will lead the technical architecture and integration of the Five9 cloud contact center platform, ensuring seamless global operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and integrate the Five9 cloud contact center platform.
• Lead seamless CRM integrations with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Provide strategic technical insights for global contact center operations.
• Design scalable global contact center solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in contact center architecture.
• Proven expertise with the Five9 platform.
• Strong background in CRM integration, specifically Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience architecting global-scale contact center solutions.
• Deep knowledge of CRM integration workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of Appian RMS.
• Experience migrating from AWS Connect to Five9.
