You will develop and support contact center solutions and IVR integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Webex Contact Center solutions.
  • Build Google Dialogflow IVR agents.
  • Manage UCCE/CVP scripting and system integrations.
  • Support existing contact center architecture and web-based components.

Required Skills

  • 4-8 years of experience in contact center development.
  • Webex Contact Center scripting and API integration.
  • Google Dialogflow implementation.
  • Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python.
  • UCCE/CVP scripting experience.
  • Web development and web security fundamentals.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Cisco technology certifications.
  • Webex specific certifications.
