Description

You will manage the development, maintenance, and enhancement of cybersecurity training content and learning management systems for the partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the creation and lifecycle management of training materials, including eLearning courses, enablement assets, and video tutorials.
• Maintain the integrity and usability of the Partner University LMS to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Manage the CMS to ensure organization and adherence to industry best practices.
• Generate reports on content utilization, learner engagement, and system performance metrics.
• Collaborate with PMMs, Project Managers, Sales Leaders, and Solutions Engineers to align content with business goals.
• Conduct audits and implement protocols to maintain content and system hygiene.
• Research and integrate new eLearning technologies and digital learning trends to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content development or systems management.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Ability to collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and technical subject matter experts.
• Experience in content strategy development and performance analysis.
• Background in cybersecurity or working with XDR platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
