Description

Manage cybersecurity training content and learning management systems for the partner ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead creation and lifecycle management of eLearning courses, enablement assets, and video tutorials.
• Maintain Partner University LMS integrity and usability for seamless user experience.
• Manage CMS organization and adherence to industry best practices.
• Generate reports on content utilization, learner engagement, and system performance metrics.
• Conduct audits and implement protocols to maintain content and system hygiene.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content development or systems management.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Ability to collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and technical subject matter experts.
• Background in cybersecurity or working with XDR platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Research and integrate new eLearning technologies and digital learning trends to improve operational efficiency.
