Description

You will lead content strategy and UX writing across multiple digital products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Craft and direct UX copy to ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and brand voice consistency.
• Lead copy audits and document brand voice guidelines in collaboration with Design Researchers and UX Designers.
• Write prompts for LLMs and work with data analysts to build AI technology using a content-first approach.
• Mentor Digital Experience Writers and facilitate human-centered, co-creative sessions for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data teams to refine content processes and drive new digital strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content design or UX writing.
• Experience writing prompts for LLMs and working with AI technology.
• Proven ability to lead copy audits and content strategy initiatives.
• Experience collaborating closely with Experience Design Researchers and Product UX Designers.
• Ability to dive into code to optimize tone of voice within AI systems.
• Strong background in human-centered design and content practices.
• Ability to influence processes and drive strategy across digital touchpoints.
