You will design end-to-end customer experiences through systematic thinking and user advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Transform customer experiences by collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers.
• Partner with marketing, legal, and senior business executives to align content strategy.
• Build and refine the processes used within the content design team.
• Navigate shifting directives while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in content design or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience using Adobe tools.
• Competency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working across product, engineering, and legal functions.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
