Description

You will design, configure, and develop solutions across Duck Creek Author, Manuscript, Forms, Rating, and Policy modules. You will own the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Duck Creek application servers and infrastructure across environments, ensuring compatibility with client requirements.

You will lead technical guidance and mentorship for development teams, coordinating design and code reviews to ensure alignment with architecture. You will drive debugging, performance tuning, and complex root cause analysis for Duck Creek components, APIs, integrations, and data flows. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops, support CICD automation improvements, and manage environment readiness, deployment execution, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions for Duck Creek Author, Manuscript, Forms, Rating, and Policy modules.
• Install, configure, and maintain Duck Creek application servers and infrastructure across all environments.
• Lead debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for complex issues involving APIs and integrations.
• Validate technical specifications, maintain traceability throughout the SDLC, and support SIT, UAT, and defect triage.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops, CICD automation improvements, and Agile/Scrum participation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Duck Creek development and configuration.
• Strong experience in the Commercial Lines Insurance domain.
• Proven track record leading transformation or migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with CICD pipelines and automation concepts.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Duck Creek on Cloud.
• Familiarity with Playwright for testing automation.
