Own the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade IVR and Conversational AI solutions for telecom ecosystems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute agentic AI flows using Google Conversational AI (CS AS/CX AS).
• Integrate conversational AI platforms with CRM, Billing Systems (BSS), OSS, and contact center tools.
• Develop backend logic, orchestration, and API integrations using Python.
• Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery for customer self-service and care automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IVR and Conversational AI implementation.
• Expertise in Google Conversational AI (CS AS/CX AS).
• Strong Python programming skills for backend development and automation.
• Proven experience in telecom customer care and contact center automation.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience integrating with BSS, OSS, and Order Management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
