What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based data pipelines and applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize data architecture and migration strategies.
• Utilize big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Hive to process large datasets efficiently.
• Perform performance tuning, profiling, and memory optimization to enhance system performance.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What's Needed?

• 9+ years of experience in Java application development, with a focus on end-to-end solutions.
• Strong expertise in core Java, including multi-threading, collections API, JDBC, and profiling tools.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance tuning for data-intensive applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, along with data integration and transformation tools
