Description

You will design and build fault-tolerant distributed systems to optimize fulfillment infrastructure and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in developing products, solutions, and processes while mentoring engineers on software development best practices.
• Design, develop, and deploy reliable applications across multiple layers of the stack.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers to prioritize product backlogs and assign stories.
• Translate business and functional requirements into software and customer experiences.
• Develop tools to test and analyze complex systems, including logging, tracing, and metrics for production environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
• Expertise in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms, including time and space complexity.
• 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• 1+ years of experience contributing to system architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 1+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of system design and the ability to explain technical trade-offs.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
