Description

You will build and maintain server-side Java software for large-scale, high-volume transaction environments.

Responsibilities

• Build high-throughput systems using messaging and API technologies.
• Own the full software lifecycle, including writing thoroughly tested code.
• Deploy and manage applications within heterogeneous global infrastructure.
• Deliver scalable solutions using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Core Java programming experience at a senior or staff level.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE.
• 2 years of experience with Hibernate and JPA.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and MySQL.
• Experience with Message Oriented Middleware and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Tomcat.
• Proficiency with GitHub for source code management.
• Working knowledge of Linux and cloud platforms.
• Ability to operate in large-scale, high-transaction throughput environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing large-scale server-side software using Bus/SOA technology.
