You will architect and deliver low-latency, multi-threaded trading applications for US Rates electronic trading workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement solutions for US Rates (Treasury) electronic trading workflows, including D2D and D2C channels.
• Optimize existing systems for scalability, latency, and throughput.
• Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks to ensure system stability and performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on trading applications.
• Core Java expertise, specifically in multi-threaded and real-time system development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, low-latency systems in financial services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and data management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Kdb Databases experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with US Rates (Treasury) market structure, RFQ workflows, and market making.
• Experience with the ION platform configuration and integration.
• Knowledge of financial trading systems, market microstructure, and relevant protocols.
