Description

Lead the design of user experiences for internal web and mobile applications. Own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences using wireframes, information architecture, and prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity designs and mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
• Present UX designs and concepts to stakeholders, users, and development teams.
• Manage digital brand consistency, including typography, interface design, and color palettes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience designing enterprise software.
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with Miro for collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of IA, UI design, and testing and implementation processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and contribution to ceremonies.
• Understanding of UX developments and customer insight application.
• Exposure to AWS DevOps and MS Office products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Principle for prototyping.
