Description

Lead the technical architecture and development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Dynamics CRM plugins and integrations using C# and JavaScript.
• Design and implement technical architectures for Dynamics 365 environments.
• Integrate existing systems into the CRM architecture using REST API, SOAP, and XML.
• Configure and customize business process flows and workflows to meet user requirements.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for Dynamics 365 technical issues.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Expertise in .NET and C# for plugin development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• Experience with Dynamics portal development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform.
• Proficiency with SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Experience with integrations using JSON, SOAP, XML, SFTP, and REST API.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online.
• Experience managing full life cycle implementations across multiple Dynamics CRM/365 versions.
