Description

Lead the technical architecture and development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

You will own the full lifecycle of custom plugin and integration development, ensuring robust technical designs across multiple Dynamics versions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical architectures for Dynamics 365 environments.
• Develop custom CRM plugins and integrations using C# and JavaScript.
• Integrate existing systems into the CRM using REST API, SOAP, XML, and SFTP.
• Configure business process flows and workflows to meet specific user requirements.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for technical issues.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Expertise in .NET and C# for plugin development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform.
• Proficiency with SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Experience with Dynamics portal development.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online.
• Experience managing full life cycle implementations across multiple Dynamics CRM/365 versions.
