Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of CRM applications, from design and configuration to maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop CRM applications including Slate, Raiser's Edge, EAB Navigate, and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party vendor solutions.
• Document technical requirements, software specifications, and process workflows for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues, service outages, and security incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and implement new solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with CRM applications and tools.
• Direct experience with Slate.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Raiser's Edge or EAB Navigate.
