Description

You will serve as a senior functional expert managing SAP CRM and ERP environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP CRM functional requirements and system configurations.
• Execute tasks within ERP frameworks to support business processes.
• Utilize SQL for data management and functional troubleshooting.
• Support operations during contract hours of 2 PM - 10 PM IST.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP CRM functional experience.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in SQL for data management.
• Degree in any graduate field.
• Ability to work from Bangalore, with a preference for one day per week in the office.
