Description

You will own the development, configuration, and optimization of the French Language Health Services Database (FLHSD) and related Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Pages, and Dataverse integrations to support HSP annual reporting.
• Improve data quality, data structures, and operational efficiency for the FLHSD system.
• Deliver system enhancements based on evolving business requirements and manage system deployments.
• Provide ongoing business and user support, including managing reporting intake and final reporting cycles.
• Ensure application accessibility compliance (AODA) and implement microservices architecture.

Required Skills

• 3+ years experience in Public Sector with Health Service Providers supporting French Language Services.
• 3+ years developing complete solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM and Dynamic Portals.
• 3+ years experience with Power Pages, Power Platform, Dataverse, and SQL.
• 5+ years experience with communications protocols and IIS server.
• 2+ years experience with Microservices architecture, including Restful API development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, release management, pipelines, automated deployments, unit testing, PowerShell, CLI, and source control.
• Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Experience with reporting generation tools (e.g., SSRS) and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS).

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Azure cloud certifications.
• ITIL v3 or higher certification.
