Description

You will design, develop, and support secure, scalable CRM and web applications for a public-sector healthcare initiative using Salesforce and Vlocity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable CRM components using Salesforce, Vlocity, LWCs, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and OmniScripts.
• Ensure strict compliance with accessibility standards, privacy legislation, and security protocols for personal health information.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile delivery model to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Produce system design artifacts, technical documentation, and configuration specifications for enterprise-wide digital solutions.
• Execute unit, integration, and UAT support, resolving defects and managing CI/CD pipelines via Git.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution design and application development.
• 5+ years supporting healthcare systems (EMR, HIS, Long-Term Care, or OHRS-compliant solutions).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce and Vlocity development, including LWCs and OmniScripts.
• Proven experience with privacy, security, and personal health information protection requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD, source control (Git), testing, and deployment activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Experience Cloud / Community Cloud.
• Familiarity with offline solutions such as Pulsar.
• Experience supporting large-scale healthcare or enterprise CRM implementations.
