Description

You will act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, customizations, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code for D365 projects.
• Lead technical aspects including configuration, data management, and troubleshooting to optimize performance.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to refine technical solutions.
• Provide code documentation and contribute to technical architectural reviews.
• Debug and investigate new technologies to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Project Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Lead roles.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, SQL Integration Services, and SQL Reporting Services.
• Experience with Azure Services, APIs, and Logic Apps.
• Knowledge of KingswaySoft and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
