Description

Lead the technical migration of Dynamics 365 CRM from on-premises environments to the cloud, owning the architecture, roadmap, and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define migration architecture and technical roadmap for Dynamics 365 cloud transition.
• Manage system integrations, end-to-end customization, and configuration tasks.
• Design and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Optimize system performance and provide technical estimations for enhancements.
• Mentor technical team members throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting or similar roles.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 modules and cloud capabilities.
• Strong understanding of on-premises CRM systems and migration challenges.
• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Knowledge of security standards and data protection in cloud environments.
• Understanding of functional modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in report development using Power BI or SSRS.
• Knowledge of the Azure landscape.
