Description

You will lead the development of algorithms for CT medical imaging applications to optimize image quality and diagnostic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of CT image reconstruction algorithms and mathematical models.
• Implement algorithms and simulations using Matlab, C, and C++.
• Apply signal processing and computer vision techniques to enhance image analysis and reduce noise.
• Utilize machine learning to improve image reconstruction and pattern recognition.
• Maintain a track record of peer-reviewed publications and patents in medical imaging.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in algorithm development for CT medical imaging.
• Ph.D. in Physics, Nuclear Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Matlab, C, and C++ coding.
• Deep understanding of CT, medical image processing, and other imaging modalities.
• Strong foundation in physics, nuclear physics, and biomedical engineering.
• Expertise in signal processing, computer vision, and machine learning.
• Experience with Monte Carlo simulations and Python programming.
• Strong mathematical background in modeling, optimization, and statistical image analysis.
• Proven record of scientific contributions through publications and patents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CUDA, GPU, LaTeX, and CT Physics.
• Knowledge of image quality assessment, numerical analysis, and particle physics.
