Description

You will lead IT triage, resolve complex Curam application defects, and design technical solutions for system enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve, and delegate issues across Curam work streams, including intake, rules, and batch processes.
• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for application defects and system enhancements.
• Translate complex technical triggers and process flows for non-technical team members during design sessions.
• Perform business process analysis using Use Cases, process flows, and Gap Analysis within the Curam platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience with Curam CGISS development.
• 8+ years of experience analyzing, reviewing, and defining problems within the Curam CGISS application.
• 8+ years of experience with all Curam CGISS module components, including IEG scripts, rules, and batch processes.
• 8+ years of professional business analysis experience.
• 16+ years of experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in problem identification and integrating technical skills to resolve issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Curam V6 Certification or higher.
• Knowledge of SNAP, TANF, MAGI, and Non-MAGI programs.
