Description

You will manage customer interactions and order processing in fluent French.

Responsibilities

• Process, expedite, and follow up on orders accurately and within required SLAs.
• Manage customer inquiries via incoming calls, outgoing calls, and professional email correspondence.
• Coordinate customer care activities to maintain satisfaction and defend existing accounts.
• Review customer accounts for specific notations to ensure appropriate actions are taken during order placement.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant managers immediately.

Required Skills

• Fluent verbal and written communication in French.
• Post-secondary certification in French.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills.
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task across several applications.
• Goal-oriented mindset with clear idea expression.

Preferred Skills

• Business to Business (B2B) or Order Management experience.
• Experience with CRM applications.
• Technical support experience involving direct client contact.
