Description

You will maintain and troubleshoot diagnostic imaging equipment across MRI, CT, and Cyclotron modalities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform total system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Manage daily interfaces with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status.
• Execute field modification instructions (FMIs) and PMS inspections within prescribed timeframes.
• Lead installations in complex, multifunctional rooms and share best practices.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience in field services for medical imaging equipment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MRI, CT, and Cyclotron equipment.
• Proficiency with Quality Management Systems, Quality Management Policy, and Quality Manuals.
• Strong technical analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English and computer skills.
• Ability to travel within India and South Asia.

Preferred Skills

• Flexibility to relocate near site locations in or around Gurgaon, Delhi/NCR.
